• You manage calendars, meetings, and priorities for senior leaders, ensuring structured workflows and optimal time allocation.
• You prepare agendas, briefings, presentations, and decision documents to enable well-founded management decisions.
• You act as a central communication interface between leadership, internal teams, and selected external stakeholders.
• You track action items and support the execution of management initiatives across organizational topics.
• You ensure professional documentation, structured information management, and reliable follow-ups. You support administrative and organizational topics such as office coordination, travel planning, and on-site logistics.
• You handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Assistant, or in a comparable professional support role.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills combined with a proactive, structured working style.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
• High level of reliability, discretion, and ownership.
• Confident use of modern office and collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently while staying closely aligned with leadership objectives.
